Booked a room with great views of the NYC skyline. The location was good and convenient, really close to a girl's basketball tournament in Paterson and said restaurant. Outstanding dishes served at the rooftop restaurant.

There was balcony missing.

Its a great and magnificent hotel in the nice building. The stuff are extremely friendly and excellent, managed the parking on site. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is marvellous very close to other smaller stores, bus stop and many stores and highways.

Perfect location, complimentary breakfast with awesome views. The room was well-appointed and brand-new and complete with 2 queen size beds, a refrigerator plus the heater.

Came in Saddle Brook to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was great base for doing it. The breakfast at 12th floor-nice view. The room I booked was extremely pleasant and well-appointed with 2 queen size beds.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Lots of food for a continental breakfast. Decent size and contemporary room, hairdryers and robes in the room. Good location with parking on site, superfriendly stuff from the receptionist to the chambermaids. Excellant restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

The location close to everything was perfect and magnificent. Also, the property was 3 miles away from Play town. The rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained, with double bed. The breakfast was good with awesome views, the food was outstanding.

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza! The rooftop restaurant with complimentary breakfast was a highlight. The manager, Eamal, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The service from Adrian was exceptional - he even went out of his way to get me a bottle of carbonated water. The staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for a business trip, everything was nice. The setting was favourable, near to the Parkway and Saddle Brook, NJ and a beautiful new mall. Furthermore, between industrial area.
